Summary of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic manager-level sales executive with a proven track record of driving sales in the sustainable business and/or strategic brand marketing sectors and in turn to drive market leading revenue growth across our integrated media platform.

We are looking for a values-aligned team member to fill this role who has a solid understanding of the sales process, who has an existing network of connections in the corporate sustainability space, and who can deliver consistent, high-performance results in line with our brand promise.


  • Deliver (in first 12 months) approximate annualized sales of US$500K, and approx 50% more in year two. through the creation and ongoing management of a Sales Pipeline that is both self-generated as well as generated by internal prospecting support processes
  • Seek to engage with Global 1000 companies horizontally and vertically, finding the decision maker and crafting custom engagement opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through exceptional service and customer retention, as well as through new customer development
  • Present sponsorship packages that may  include;
    • Digital outreach
    • On-site customer service program
  • Package/customize multiple event & digital programs, globally
  • Actively contribute to SB’s mission and growth opportunities across all business / product suites
  • Set metrics for success for each customer offering

About You/Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in strategic-level business development and sales environment
  • Proactively engaged in the field of business innovation for sustainability
  • Demonstrated track record of solid sales performance driving revenue growth
  • Results driven & customer centric
  • Knowledge of highly desirable. CRM experience required
  • Collaborative in nature; Encourages teamwork
  • Accountable in all actions and displaying unquestionable integrity and trust
  • Communicates openly, encourages & receives feedback
  • Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives, CEOs, CMOs & CSOs
  • Expert client service experience and proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit essential; experience a plus
  • Innovative & creative; a natural out-of-the-box thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal. Professional presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of cultivating relationships & developing proposals
