Being our International Partnerships Coordinator:

A successful coordinator will assist in the management of our relationships with international partners. Each year, partner organizations in other countries take our core conference model and implement it in their respective countries. We have had partner-led conferences in Istanbul, Madrid, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, São Paulo, and others.

We are looking for someone to help us work more effectively with our international partners. In this role, you will help us streamline our communication with our partners, bring them the tools and resources they need to be successful and bring our brand to life in every other country in which we do business.


  • Assisting us in excellent, timely communications with a variety of international partners
  • Facilitating monthly phone or video calls between international partners and key members of the Sustainable Brands team; capturing key takeways and providing follow up
  • Assisting the Global Brand Services & International Teams with the set-up and creation of monthly newsletters to all international partners
  • Help to coordinate a day-long or weekend-long event international partners either before or after our upcoming conferences.

About You/Experience Required:

  • Experience with coding languages like HTML and CSS (required)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, as you will be dealing with many design assets.
  • Proficient with all common types of information technology, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs and all manners of Internet research
  • Video editing experience a major plus
