Sustainable Farming in the United States

This is the first installment of Concordia's mini-documentary series centered around its Campaign for a Sustainable Global Food Supply. This first installment will feature two family-operated, organic farms in the United States that supply cattle and poultry to Fleishers Craft Butchery and Perdue Farms. In this episode, Concordia highlights issues related to animal welfare, sustainable farming challenges and the role public-private partnerships can play, as told through the lens of the farmers.
