How to Reach New Milestones in Employee Engagement: Gamification, Educational Services and Culture Shifts

The intention of this session is to highlight three different types of significant recent milestones in employee engagement, as follows: gamifying incentives for employees to take little actions at work and at home, with a case study of a brand whose employees have now taken over 1 million actions; embedding purpose in a company’s culture through a unified strategy involving 500 of the most senior employees; and creating shared value through multi-stakeholder educational services in developing countries.
