Overcoming Barriers to Growing a Purposeful Brand
December 2, 2016
Many brands have the intent to grow with purpose, but most lack the skill to do so. It is well known that individuals with a strong sense of purpose can achieve more and are happier, and that teams and organizations with a strong sense of purpose can achieve more and are more committed. If these facts are so well known, why is it that so many people, teams and businesses fail to operate and grow with purpose? It is not the lack of intent or motivation that stops us from growing with purpose. It is the lack of skill in 3 areas that stop us from doing so. In this workshop with Christophe Fauconnier and Annemarie Van den Brekel of Innate Motion, attendees will learn to foster the skill of empathy; develop the skill of defining ourselves as people, teams or businesses who can make a difference; and understand how to unlock the contribution capacities of employees. Developing these three critical skills can make communities, businesses and society thrive with a clear sense of purpose.
