We understand tight budgets may limit certain groups' ability to attend. Therefore, we are happy to offer students, non-profits and academic institutions 40% off the registration fee to our events. To take advantage of the discount, please contact us with the name of your school or organization.


Group Discounts

Thinking of sending your team? Educate more people on your team with our 4-for-3 offer. Receive one free All Event pass when you register three attendees for All Event passes at full-price. Value Guarantee

At Sustainable Life Media, we work hard to provide high quality, high value learning and networking opportunities for our community. We're confident you'll find your participation in SB'13 worth every penny and we will gladly refund your registration fee in full if you disagree after having attended the conference.

In order to maintain the quality of experience SB alumni have come to expect, we do not discount our prices. That said, we are committed to do all we can to make it possible for those who would like to participate to do so. Toward this end, we offer several volunteer opportunities that allow you to contribute service in exchange for a reduction in fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by May 20th, 2013, for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost by providing authorization to the SB'13 Team by May 20th, 2013.

For cancellations after May 20th, 2013, we are able to provide a credit for 50% of the amount paid, to use towards next year's conference registration fee. The credit expires after the following conference and cannot be transferred further.

*Please note that refunds do not apply to Expo-Only passes.
