For general inquires, and to apply for a press credential, please contact Marie Perriard at and include "press inquiry" in the subject line. An application is not a guarantee that you will receive a credential, as space is limited. Qualified applicants include working members of print, broadcast and online media. Please send contact details, a letter of assignment and examples of recent articles published. No journalists, photographers or camera crews will be considered without reference to the above. Press credentials are available only to working press who can show evidence that their attendance may result in coverage of the conference in print, broadcast, or online media.

Value Guarantee

At Sustainable Life Media, we work hard to provide high quality, high value learning and networking opportunities for our community. We're confident you'll find your participation in SB'14 worth every penny and we will gladly refund your registration fee in full if you disagree after having attended the conference.

In order to maintain the quality of experience SB alumni have come to expect, we do not discount our prices. That said, we are committed to do all we can to make it possible for those who would like to participate to do so. Toward this end, we offer several volunteer opportunities that allow you to contribute service in exchange for a reduction in fees and our form will be made available very soon.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by May 19th, 2014, for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost by providing authorization to the SB'14 Team.

For cancellations after May 19th, 2014, we are able to provide a credit for 50% of the amount paid, to use towards any conferences happening up until SB'15's conference registration fee. The credit expires after the following conference and cannot be transferred further.

*All discount codes must be applied within the first 24 hours following your registration. After this 24 hour period, no discount will be honored towards your registration.
