Her key areas of focus are defining what it means to be a truly sustainable retailer, integrating Plan A into products, working with farming supply base and supporting delivery of the business’ climate change commitments.
Prior to M&S she worked as a consultant in manufacturing, supply chain and sustainability for PA Consulting working across a range of industries from aerospace to consumer products. 
She started her career as a chemical engineer working in the food ingredients industry in Germany and the UK.
