Steven Cristol is founder of Strategic Harmony® Partners and has advised some of the world’s most innovative companies on brand strategy and product strategy. He holds a patent for the first decision model and process to optimize product development portfolios for value creation, and his current work includes advancing integration of sustainability into product development portfolio management (see his SB'14 San Diego presentation on the subject). His business books for Free Press and McGraw‐Hill have been published in 11 languages. 

Steven partners with PwC and several specialty consulting firms to deliver integrated services at the intersections of innovation, customer experience, supply chains, and sustainability. Previously, he served as the senior brand marketing executive at Pacific Bell (now AT&T) and as chief marketing officer for a venture-backed Silicon Valley startup acquired by Time Warner. He began his career at Philips in The Netherlands, and currently resides in Seattle.
