The Houdini Menu - Can You Eat Old Sportswear?

Swedish independent outdoor clothing brand Houdini put its 100 percent natural wool line to the ultimate test by cooking a fine dining menu using vegetables grown from the soil of its decomposed base layers. This short film follows the journey from the Houdini design studio, through Gunnar Eriksson’s compost to the table of chef Sebastian Thureson.
